These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotes, orders, and purchases through Trade Supply.

Before You Accept a Quote

Please review all product specifications, model numbers, dimensions, finishes, and supplier product links carefully before accepting your quote. Acceptance confirms the items and details are correct to your requirements.

Payment

• Full payment is required upon acceptance of the quote unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Orders are not placed with suppliers until full payment has been received.
• Lead times quoted are indicative and are only confirmed after payment has been received.
• Payment by credit card will incur processing fees

Delivery & Inspection

You are responsible for inspecting deliveries before signing and reporting any damage within 24 hours.

Key Requirements:

• Inspect packaging before signing for delivery
• Report visible damage immediately (reject delivery if necessary)
• Report concealed damage within 24 hours with photos and documentation
• Keep all original packaging until items are confirmed undamaged

Product Warranty & Registration

All products include manufacturer warranties. You are responsible for registering products with the manufacturer before installation.

For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer directly. They will guide you through troubleshooting and arrange certified repair agents if needed. Trade Supply remains available to provide guidance and support throughout the warranty process.

Returns & Cancellations

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with unopened packaging. Returns may attract a supplier restocking fee (typically 15–20%).
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom-made, commercial-grade, imported-to-order, or special-order products.
• Products already ordered from suppliers cannot be cancelled once placed, except where required by law (e.g., goods are faulty).
• All freight, site visit, and installation costs associated with returns are at the purchaser's expense.
• Review supplier documents and product links before confirming your order.

Errors & Omissions

While we take care to provide accurate information, errors in pricing, product descriptions, images, or specifications may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders and refund amounts already paid if a suitable alternative cannot be agreed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Supply is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profit, downtime, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods in question.

Additional Terms for In-Trade Purchases

Where the purchaser confirms they are acquiring goods or services in trade, the following terms apply exactly as stated:

Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Delivery & installation costs (if required) will be additional to the quoted item price.
Prices are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified & may need to be confirmed at the time of order.

Payment
Full payment due on acceptance of quote by Direct Debit.

Acceptance
Acceptance of quotes must be received by Trade Supply Ltd in writing by accepting this quote.
By accepting this quote you acknowledge that you are in trade and agree that any quote or order made with us for goods and services (as applicable) are supplied and acquired in trade.

Supply
Supply is subject to vendor availability.
Whilst every effort has been made to relay accurate lead times for delivery, Trade Supply Ltd accepts no responsibility for delays or losses resulting from unforeseen delays in shipping.
Any variations to the quoted quantities may lead to variations in the quoted price.
Payment will be required before purchase orders are released to the supplier.

Returns
Returned products must be in original condition with packaging un-opened & will incur a 20–25% restocking fee as charged by the supplier.
Cancellation of ordered products already dispatched by the supplier will be subject to a 20–25% re-stocking fee as charged by the supplier.
Products that are custom manufactured by the supplier cannot be cancelled or returned once the manufacture is underway, except where goods are faulty.
All freight, installation & site visit costs related to returns will be at the purchaser’s expense except where the products are faulty.

E&OE
While we endeavor to ensure all information provided is accurate, if there has been an error in the pricing, product names, images or description in any communications, Trade Supply Ltd reserves the right to contact you and agree an appropriate change to the quote or order. If an alternative option is unable to be agreed upon, we may cancel the quote or order and we will refund you any amounts already paid.
